Kylie Russell is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who specializes in neuroaffirming care. Drawing from both clinical expertise and her own experience as a neurodivergent individual, she values approaches that prioritize autonomy, individuality, and authentic connection. Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University and her master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, creating art, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their lively mini dachshund, Flynn.

Jess Tarbet is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who also has over ten years experience in fine arts.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University as well as a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.  In her rare moment of spare time she loves to spend time with her family and participate in local music and theatre productions.

McKenna Ward is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with an emphasis in biology and psychology. McKenna enjoys creating individualized and engaging learning experiences while getting to know each client and what makes them unique. Outside of work, she loves traveling, trying new recipes and cooking, reading, spending time with her husband and puppy, Albert, and being anywhere near the ocean.

Lauren Rowe is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience. Lauren enjoys building meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them develop skills that improve their everyday lives. She has a special interest in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and enjoys incorporating ACT-based approaches, including the AIM curriculum, into her work. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys lifting, skiing, hiking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband.

Eden Sweeney is a Behavior Analyst in Training (BAIT) who is passionate about mental health, creativity, and neurodiversity-affirming care. She holds a bachelor's in psychology and is currently pursuing her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University Global so that she can become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Radiant. She spends her free time reading, painting, cake decorating, crocheting, floral arranging, hiking, watching movies, and trying new restaurants. You can almost always find her with her husband, her daughter, and her Siamese cat, Appa.

Brooke has a Bachelors in Psychology and Child Development and is currently pursuing a masters in Special Education and Applied Behavioral Analysis through Utah State so that she can become a BCBA at Radiant! Brooke is passionate about play based approaches and allowing children to express themselves! She loves to read, go on nature walks, bake, and spend time with her incredible husband and family.

Emma McGrew is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Social work and two minors in psychology and criminal justice through Utah State University. Once graduated she is planning on pursuing a career as BCBA with Radiant. In her free time she enjoys reading books, painting, spending time with her nephews, family, husband and playing with her two cats, Butters and Iris. 

Gray Lunn is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from Southern Oregon who recently transitioned into applied behavior analysis (ABA). He has dual passions for helping others and spending time outside. Gray is excited about learning and development and looks forward to helping learners realize their full potential.

Madi Long is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She holds an Associates Degree in Elementary Education and is pursuing her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and Special Education at Utah State University. In her free time, she enjoys sports, photography, music, and spending quality time with her family, especially with her husband and her niece and nephews. 

Matisse Rich is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who also has experience working with individuals with physical, cognitive, and intellectual disabilities. She is pursing her bachelor's degree in communicative disorders and deaf education. Matisse plans on pursuing a career as a Board Certified and Lincensed Behavior Analyst. In her free time, she loves to play the saxophone and work on her latest sewing projects.

Tyler Allred is a Registered Behavior Technician who is passionate about helping children and families build meaningful skills through compassionate, individualized care. With an extensive background in coaching sports, teaching art classes, and working in elementary education, along with his own experience as a neurodivergent individual, Tyler believes every child deserves to feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to grow. Outside of work, Tyler loves spending time with his four children, playing board games and video games, painting, writing music, and staying active with volleyball and soccer.

Hi! I’m Andersen! I recently moved to Utah after spending the past year teaching elementary school in Thailand. I have my bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and have always loved working with kids and helping them grow into their most confident, independent selves. I’m currently working toward pursuing my doctorate in Occupational Therapy, so I’m especially excited to continue gaining experience working one-on-one with children and their families! Outside of work, I love hiking, working out, traveling, reading, creating art, and pretty much anything outdoors!

Kate Briscoe is a Behavior Technician who loves helping neurodivergent individuals find success in everyday life. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from Utah State University. In her free time she loves hiking, camping, backpacking, and doing anything outdoors. She also loves painting and spending time with friends and family.

Keith Christiansen is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a love for meeting clients where they are at. Previously an RBT he is excited to return to the field with an emphasis on understanding, encouragement, and client autonomy. With previous experience working with substance use and domestic violence he is looking forward to more personalized client care. Keith enjoys reading, writing, and hiking with his partner. Every child deserves to know that who they are is beautiful and receive the support needed to grow. 

Kiara is currently in a master's program at Utah State University and aspires to become a BCBA. Through her experiences as an RBT, and gaining her undergrad degree in psychology with her minor in disability studies, she has developed a passion for ABA and working with individuals with disabilities. In her free time, she loves to crochet, bake, wood burn, or learn new skills! 

Hi i’m Alicia! As a Registered Behavior Technician, I love helping kids build communication, confidence, and everyday life skills through engaging, individualized in home ABA therapy. I bring hands on experience delivering direct in home sessions for children and teens, which I pair with a strong past background supporting neurodivergent individuals across all life stages. Combining my ABA training with my past teaching and caregiving roles allows me to meet learners right where they are; naturally weaving fine motor skills, social connection, and creative play into our work so learning stays fun. Outside of sessions, you can usually find me roller skating, painting, taking photos, exploring nature, or relaxing at home with my two cats!
