Kylie Russell
Co-Founder & BCBA
Kylie Russell is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who specializes in neuroaffirming care. Drawing from both clinical expertise and her own experience as a neurodivergent individual, she values approaches that prioritize autonomy, dignity, and authentic connection. Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University and her master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, creating art, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their lively mini dachshund, Flynn.

Jess Tarbet
Co-Founder & BCBA
Jess Tarbet is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst who also has over ten years experience in fine arts. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University as well as a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. In her rare moment of spare time she loves to spend time with her family and participate in local music and theatre productions.

Jordan Arce
Office Manager
Jordan Arce is our office manager who has a diverse working experience as a CNA, MA, and surgical tech. All of her previous roles are centered around one thing—her passion for helping people in many different capacities. She is excited to take on this role to support her team, clients, and the families that Radiant Behavior serves. In her personal life she loves caring for her plants, making floral arrangements, baking sourdough, traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband, camping, hiking, and paddle-boarding.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Kenna Coldiron is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Arizona State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in biology and psychology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to national parks, spending time with her fiancé, and caring for her new puppy, Albert.

eden sweeney
Behavior Analyst in Training
Eden Sweeney is a Behavior Analyst in Training (BAIT) who is passionate about mental health, creativity, and neurodiversity-affirming care. She holds a bachelor's in psychology and is currently pursuing her master's in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University Global so that she can become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Radiant. She spends her free time reading, painting, cake decorating, crocheting, floral arranging, hiking, watching movies, and trying new restaurants. You can almost always find her with her husband, her daughter, and her Siamese cat, Appa.

Emma mcgrew
Lead RBT
Emma McGrew is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Social work and two minors in psychology and criminal justice through Utah State University. Once graduated she is planning on pursuing a career as BCBA with Radiant. In her free time she enjoys reading books, painting, spending time with her nephews, family, husband and playing with her two cats, Butters and Iris.

MICHELLE GROBE
Lead RBT
Michelle Grobe is a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She holds an Associates Degree in Psychology with plans to further her education in the field to make Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) her lifetime career. Michelle is bi-lingual (English, German) and in her free time, she enjoys crafting, cooking, music, animals and adventuring with her family.

Madi long
Registered Behavior Technician
Madi Long is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She holds an Associates Degree in Elementary Education and is pursuing her Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and Special Education at Utah State University. In her free time, she enjoys sports, photography, music, and spending quality time with her family, especially with her husband and her niece and nephews.

Sierra Brewer
Registered Behavior Technician
Sierra Brewer is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in social work with a minor in political science at Utah State University. In the future she plans to attend graduate school to receive her MSW. Outside of work and school she enjoys music, playing guitar, spending time with friends, and cooking.

Matisse rich
Registered Behavior Technician
Matisse Rich is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who also has experience working with individuals with physical, cognitive, and intellectual disabilities. She is pursing her bachelor's degree in communicative disorders and deaf education. Matisse plans on pursuing a career as a Board Certified and Lincensed Behavior Analyst. In her free time, she loves to play the saxophone and work on her latest sewing projects.

Grayland Lunn
Registered Behavior Technician
Gray Lunn is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from Southern Oregon who recently transitioned into applied behavior analysis (ABA). He has dual passions for helping others and spending time outside. Gray is excited about learning and development and looks forward to helping learners realize their full potential.
