Parent Training at Radiant Behavior Solutions
Empowering Families Through Affirming, Collaborative Support

Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with unique joys, challenges, and a deep desire to do what’s best. At Radiant, we partner with parents and caregivers to provide practical tools, emotional support, and empowering education — all rooted in neurodiversity-affirming care.

What is parent training?
Parent training at Radiant goes beyond behavior strategies. It’s a collaborative coaching model designed to:

-
Strengthen your connection with your child
-
Support communication, regulation, and autonomy
-
Help you feel confident in navigating day-to-day challenges
-
Honor your child’s identity, needs, and strengths
-
Build long-term tools for success, not quick fixes

Whether you’re new to therapy or have been navigating support systems for years, our parent training meets you where you are — with compassion, respect, and real-life guidance.
Who can access parent training?
At Radiant Behavior Solutions, parent training is a core part of our services. We believe that meaningful progress happens when caregivers are supported, informed, and actively involved. That’s why parent training is a required component for all families receiving ABA or other direct services through Radiant.
This allows us to work as a true team — aligning therapy goals with your values, improving consistency across environments, and ensuring you feel confident supporting your child outside of sessions.

Not Receiving Services with Us?

We also offer standalone parent training and coaching for families who are not currently in our regular services. Whether you're waiting for services, receiving support elsewhere, or just looking for guidance rooted in affirming, strengths-based care — we welcome you.
This standalone option can be tailored to your unique questions, goals, or situations, and it’s available virtually or in person depending on location and availability.

A Note from Our Team
We know parenting can sometimes feel overwhelming — especially when you’re trying to support your child in a world that doesn’t always understand them. Our goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, evidence-based tools, and a deep belief in your family’s strengths. You are your child’s best advocate, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
